Prawn and Garlic Sauce recipe


6 teaspoons of olive oil.
3 oz of butter.
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
8 oz of peeled prawns.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
6 teaspoons of chopped fresh chives.
Cooked pasta, to serve with.


Heat the olive oil and the butter until butter has melted.

Add the chopped garlic and cook gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the prawns, cook gently until heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Stir in the chopped chives.

Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
